Foodie Forums
The first Foodie Forum of the academic year 2024-25 kicked off on Monday 21 October, in the ACCA café on campus.
Originally started in 2023, Foodie Forums are small group gatherings for students and staff that take place throughout the year and are organised by the University and ßÏßÏÊÓƵ Uni Food colleagues.
This month’s theme was Catering Events and Innovation, and nine students joined and shared their feedback on catering at ßÏßÏÊÓƵ with a small team of staff.
Student feedback
Yazurie Bodden, MA Social Development, said: “The Foodie Forum was really nice. I enjoyed socialising and having a conversation with students and staff and sharing my ideas on the food on offer and food events at Sussex.”
Xhoelda Shelqetja, MA Social Development, said: “It was a pleasure to be part of the first Foodie Forum of the year and share our suggestions about food and the food pop-ups we’d like to see on campus.”
