Camera Rolling: A Video Anthology from Young Women in Nepal is a participatory & innovative showcase of short films made by young women during an immersive workshop of VOW Media. Each participant created a unique film reflecting their journeys, challenges, and triumphs. This initiative facilitated a creative outlet and also empowered the young women with self-confidence and a strong sense of ownership over their narratives. This anthology offers a crucial platform for storytelling, self-expression, and visibility in a country where women's voices are often silenced in the media. The films explore a wide range of themes, including identity, resilience, societal challenges, and personal victories, capturing the diverse and powerful experiences of young women in Nepal.
