Income Team
Barclays Bank have closed their branch on campus. This means you will no longer be able to bank cash and cheques directly into the University bank account unless you have prearranged this with the Income team at financeservicedesk@sussex.ac.uk.
You should work to minimise the cash and cheques you accept from student and customers because the Income Team are currently working remotely and will be unable to bank any cash and cheques on your behalf.
Try to reduce the amount of cash you accept, and if you need advice on how you might achieve this please email the Income team at financeservicedesk@sussex.ac.uk.
Our aim is to ensure all income is banked and allocated in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with the Financial Regulations.
The University also offers an Online Shop service which enables University departments to take online payments and bookings.
