The reason you received the message, is because your account with IT Services has been closed. The reason is that your record on the university's central database no longer shows a current role within the university.
You should have received an email message informing you that your account was to close some weeks ago. A person normally receives 4 weeks notice of their account being closed.
If you do have a role at the university - you are a student or member of staff - you should come to the IT Service Desk in person to get your account reopened. As mentioned in the message, you should bring your student registration card or staff card with you.
