Many Windows laptops automatically display on the projector, but some may require you to press a certain combination of keys.
Often this will be ‘Fn’ and one of the functions keys across the top of the keyboard (i.e. F5). Usually the correct ‘F’ key is marked by an icon of two computer monitors, or ‘CRT/LCD’. If you are uncertain about this, please consult the instruction manual for your laptop.
For Mac laptops, if it doesn't autodetect, go to the Preferences menu, select 'Displays' and choose the 'Mirror Displays' option and the most appropriate resolution.
