- The Paragraph dialog box is displayed
- Under Spacing set 'Before' to be 0 pt, set 'After' to be 0 pt and 'Line spacing' to be Single
- Click on the Set as Default... button at the bottom of the dialog box, a message is displayed 'Do you want this change to affect all new documents based on the NORMAL template?', click the Yes button
