Lists of student email addresses generated by the central database (aka Yellow Screens) are separated using commas. Unfortunately this format causes errors when used with the OWA webmail system or with Outlook.
To use such a list with OWA please paste it first into Word (or another text editor) and use Find & Replace to change all of the commas to semi-colons before pasting it into the Bcc: field of an email message in OWA.
Alternatively you can use the comma-separated email lists generated by the central database in other email programs.
To enable commas as separators between email addresses in Outlook 2016 in Windows, please go to:
File > Options > Mail > Scroll down to Send messages
And tick the box for Commas can be used to separate multiple message recipients.
If using Outlook 2013 or 2010 you will need to enable commas to be used as separators by following the menus:
Tools > Options > Preferences > E-mail Options... > Advanced Email Options...
and ensuring that the Allow comma as address separator box is ticked.
