Outlook Web App - Select a room creating a meeting
The Outlook Web App works in a similar way to the desktop application. Click into your calendar and then click New event to create a meeting. The below screen will appear and you have the option to select a room from a list of suggestions, but also have the option to click the ‘browse more rooms’ if the room you require is not listed. Alternatively, you can click the Teams meeting toggle if the meeting is to be held virtually via Microsoft Teams.
