Students who are using the Office 365 Online email will find that they receive a message, "Sorry, the ability to create groups has been turned off by the person who manages your email".
This has been done to prevent mass mailings from within Office 365.
Students who wish to have an email group (mailing list) to support a Students Union society should contact the USSU Societies Administrator, who will advise accordingly and liaise with IT Services on the student's behalf.
