In Word, how do I remove a manually inserted Page break?

Microsoft Word 2016

You cannot delete the page breaks that Word inserts automatically

You can remove any page breaks that you insert manually.

  1. On the Home tab in the Paragraph section click Show/Hide

  1. Select the page break by clicking in the margin next to the dotted line.

  1. Press DELETE.
