After running a PDF report from Cognos nothing is returned and user is left with a grey blank screen. Only an issue when using Internet Explorer 11 (IE11)
Workaround: Use another browser, namely Edge, Chrome or Firexfox
Resolution: Display PDF in browser needs to be set in IE11 - Adobe PDF Reader = Enabled in Tools > Manage Add-ons as per the following instructions.
