Hello & Welcome to the FAQ page for the App Support team. We are the development team in ITS that fixes and adds any new functionality to the Yellow Forms CMS, ßÏßÏÊÓƵ Direct, the Oracle databases and various other web applications.
This page has been setup to show what the team are currently working on (our Sprint) and what we have coming up next (our backlog).
What we’re currently working on
This is the list of everything we’re working on during this Sprint. It is in a rough priority order, so we start at the top and work our way down the list.
Your aim is to complete all the tasks within the Sprint but due to the nature of our work sometimes some urgent high priority tickets come in that have to be dealt with quickly. In this scenario we would remove a lower priority ticket (or tickets) to accommodate the urgent request.
What’s coming up next
Any requests that come that don’t need to be actioned urgently will be added to our Backlog. Our Backlog is the long list of everything we need to do. It includes; incident ticket, service request, tech improvement, and training. It is also in a rough priority order with the high priority items at the top and lower priority items at the bottom
At the start of each Sprint as a team we discuss which tickets we can complete in the next 2 weeks, The majority of the tasks will be High or Medium priority tickets but we do try and include a few lower priority items as well.
