The document I sent to the printer hasn't appeared, what should I do?

There are several reasons why a document might not appear, for example:

• you need to log in to an MFD to release your printing.  See .
• insufficient credit - you must have enough credit in your printing account or the document will not be printed.
• wrong paper size - particularly if you're printing from a Mac, you have to make sure that the paper size is set to A4. In some circumstances, the paper size for a document will default to US letter on a Mac, a size that isn't compatible with the printers at Sussex.
