Anyone who is a member of staff, a student, or a visiting fellow at the university can have one IT Services computing account.
In special circumstances, if an additional computing account is needed for the purpose of carrying out a particular role or function at the university, then a member of staff may request an additional computing account, see (FAQ 954)
