An Institution-wide programme to support the development and acceleration of Knowledge Exchange(KE) & Impact across the 4 strategic areas of the KE & Impact strategy, encouraging interdisciplinary and participatory approaches to KE & Impact.

The ‘Knowledge Exchange and Impact Support Programme’, is supported by funding allocations from UKRI Research England (Policy Support Fund , Participatory Research Fund and HEIF).
The programme demonstrates a holistic approach to evidencing a diverse range of Knowledge Exchange (KE) projects( aligned to UKRI's definition of KE), collaborating with external partners to trial innovative approaches, and united researchers and staff to share best practices in Participatory Research methods to inform practice and policy.

As part of programme activities a proportion of the funding for 2024/2025 will be allocated to deliver and support a portfolio of ‘Knowledge Exchange and Impact’ Fellowships in the following areas that reflect the diversity of KE activities tailored to support academics in their KE and Impact work.
