Use the booking form below to book an outreach event with us.

Please note the following:

• We offer a range of FREE outreach activities to local secondary schools and A-level colleges (only).
• Unfortunately, we can no longer offer outreach activities for primary schools or their students.
• All our activities are available here at the ßÏßÏÊÓƵ campus in Falmer, Brighton, allowing your students to experience a University campus
• Talks are also available to be delivered to your school or college.
• Our outreach activities are delivered by either our outreach officer, our researchers, or our trained postgraduate and undergraduate students - all serving as wonderful role models for the next generation of physicists.
• Due to the undergraduate teaching workload of the outreach team, bookings can only be made for activities outside of the University teaching begin and end dates.
  As a result, potential dates for outreach activities are in the range:
  • 9^th December 2024 - 24^th January 2025
  • 14^th April 2025 - 19^th September 2025
  • 15^th December 2025 - 23^rd January 2026
  • 23^rd March 2026 -  10^th April 2026
  • 4^th May 2026 - 18^th September 2026

• Due to demand, visits to off-campus educational sites are limited to within 30 minutes of the ßÏßÏÊÓƵ by car.
• Please give us three possible dates on the form below, to increase the chance of catching our availability.
• Busy periods (before Christmas, Easter and especially the summer holidays) can book out 2-3 months in advance.
• Please note we are very busy, running 3-4 events each week, so apologies for any delays in getting back to you.  Some times of year are exceptionally busy and so it may take several weeks for us to get back to you.
• Please provide all the information requested for a quick booking, and to avoid clashes with other bookings.
