Project Management Essentials for Researchers Whilst you don’t need a project management qualification to successfully undertake research, some targeted application of project management principles and tools to the planning and delivery of your research will put you in a strong position to successfully achieve your research objectives and complete your project on time and within budget. To address this, the Research Staff Office have organised for a 3-hour workshop on Tuesday 22nd of March to introduce researchers to the core elements of project management and explore how you can learn and apply them to your research projects:
- - Tuesday 22nd March, 14:00-17:00
Whether you are at the very early stages of your research, developing and defining your ideas or if you are nearing the final stages and considering how to bring your research project to completion, this workshop will equip you with project management skills, tools and techniques that will support you in successfully reaching your research goals and objectives.
