This module considers the body of rules governing commercial relationships of a private law nature involving different countries. You focus on the legal rules governing the sale and supply of goods by a merchant in one country to a merchant in another country.

Contact hours and workload

This module is approximately 300 hours of work. This breaks down into about 27 hours of contact time and about 273 hours of independent study. The University may make minor variations to the contact hours for operational reasons, including timetabling requirements.
