Lyle Prize

The Lyle Prize supports ßÏßÏÊÓƵ PhD students engaged in dementia research for attendance at UK and international dementia research conferences, workshops or research placements.

The Lyle Prize supports ßÏßÏÊÓƵ PhD students engaged in dementia research for attendance at UK and international dementia research conferences, workshops or research placements.

Funding is available for up to £500 for any one application, and is limited to one award per student during the period of their registration. The Dementia Research Group may use its discretion to award less than the maximum amount.

The Lyle Prize is administered by the ßÏßÏÊÓƵ Researcher School (SRS) on behalf of the University. The call for applications is now open on a rolling basis (with two awards likely per year) and applicants should apply at least one month before the event.

Applicants are asked to complete the attached form and return it to the SRS, doctoralfunding@sussex.ac.uk clearly marked as a Lyle Prize application.
